CSA Shares

We offer Community Supported Agriculture shares (CSA for short) on our farm. Members buy a share of produce in the spring, then come weekly to pick up a box of farm fresh produce throughout the growing season. Being a CSA member allows you to access vegetables when they are at their best. It also creates an opportunity for you to connect with the place where your food is grown, and the people who grow it. This means you can get straight answers about our growing practices and know that these vegetables are lovingly grown.

How it Works

CSA pickups begin the last week in June and run through mid-October for a total of 16 weeks. The small share is $320 ($20 per week), and the large share is $480 ($30 per week). Pick-up happens at the farm Tuesdays 3-7 pm.

We ask that people pay in full by May 1st if possible, but we are happy to make payment plans where necessary. Please let us know if access to money is difficult, and we may be able to work out a creative solution. Thanks to the generosity of friends of the farm, we sometimes have funds available to subsidize or purchase shares for those experiencing need.

What Vegetables Will Be In Your Share

Your share will be the best of what we harvest each week! We aim to send you home with a nice variety, usually 6-9 items for a Small Share and 8-11 items for a Large Share. For those with strong preferences for certain vegetables, shopping at the farmer’s market in Morrisville on Saturdays from 9-1 could be the best option. We encourage you to come on the earlier side as we often sell through the most delightful items quickly.

These items will make up the majority of your share: Apples, Basil, Beans, Beets, Blueberries, Broccoli, Broccolini, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Chard, Corn, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Greens Mix, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Onions, Parsley, Peas, Sweet Peppers, Plums, Potatoes, Radishes, Salad Turnips, Scallions, Shallots, Summer Squash, Spinach, Strawberries, Sweet Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Winter Squash.

These items will occasionally be included in your share: Arugula, Napa Cabbage, Cilantro, Dill, Fennel, Kohlrabi, Okra, Pac Choi, Parsley Root, Hot Peppers, Radicchio, Sugarloaf Endive, and Winter Radishes. Note that we only give one or two adventurous vegetables per week, so as not to overwhelm the cooks! I am happy to share menu ideas for some of these items, and I have aspirations of getting some culinary notes written up for the website.
