About Us

Caleb and I have a long time love of growing vegetables. We met in 2009 while working on a farm crew, and it quickly became clear that we wanted to join forces and start a farm of our own. We found our way into the hills of the Northeast Kingdom and started building an off the grid homestead in 2010, turning the sod by hand and hauling water from a hand dug well. By 2012 we were raising enough vegetables to share and started attending the Morrisville Farmer's Market.

We now have 2 acres under cultivation, and while we no longer turn the sod by hand, you will usually find us aiming for the simplest and most sustainable method. Using 3 greenhouses to help us extend the season, we have freshly harvested vegetables available from mid May through November. Our focus is on growing healthy, beautiful produce and sharing it while it is as fresh as possible. This means getting crops to market on the same day or next day after harvest, and we hear from our customers that they find our vegetables to be exceptionally fresh, clean and beautiful.

For our own health and yours, we follow organic practices. Although we are not certified, we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the way we grow. Please reach out at 802-533-9046.
